As of Jan 7,2009, Global key solar manufacturers(such as German Q-Cell China LDK etc) changed their 2009 outlook with decreasing target than their previously forecast though QYResearch thought the worst time of Solar was Nov 2008 or 2008Q4. this meant 2009 solar industry is not affirmative. there was also some third part analyse agencies said that 2009 PV installations will stop or low increase than 2008, while their supply side will increase a lot,thus the supply will more than demand, this cute price-war or price down of solar related products. so their total revenue from solar will decrease a lot than 2008. according QYResearch solar energy research center, 2009 total demand will not reduce or stop, it will increase than 2008.but its increasing rate is less than before, the increasing rate will be about 1%-10%. but their selling price will decrease about 20% or more than 20%. so their total revenue in 2009 will decrease than 2008,but not very much. this cute some manufacturers will drop out solar market or lost money. but most manufacturers will reduce their profit or no profit. and this will not cute large scale lose or go bankrupt. the huge profits of polysilicon or wafer will stop as supply more than demand.some traders or companies who purchased high price raw materials will lost money as price decreasing. what is more, many polysilicon projects will start-up in 2009, polysilicon supply will satisfy or more than demand.thus polysilicon high profits will also change to normal and reasonable profits. according global economy development, 2009 stock market has got a warm beginning and this is a little better than 2008Q4. though 2009 global economy will not return very soon,but this also meant would not worse.
